Upon application approval, you are entering an agreement with Johana Krasinski Studio. Please read the terms carefully.

Products
Only Art Prints are available for wholesale. party hats are excluded unless you are willing to wait for a delivery date in august. Please contact me first if you are walling to order the party hats with that turn around time. Any non-wholesale items received within a wholesale order will be billed at retail price or canceled.

Lead Time:
Production and shipping time is 3-4 weeks (except for the party hats which production time takes longer). During pre-holiday seasons this time may be extended to 6-8 weeks.

Pricing:
Buyers will receive a discount of 50% off the current retail price on all paper art, fine art prints and cards.

Buyer will receive a discount of 40% off the current retail price on all party hats

MSRP must be kept up to date with current Johana Krasinski studio pricing. To keep the Johana Krasinski brand integrity and value buyers may not offer discounts less than 15% off the retail price.

Pricing updates will be emailed to all active buyers. Failure to comply will result in termination of the wholesale agreement.

Minimum Opening Order:
The minimum opening order is $400. Minimum reorder is $200. Any changes in these minimums will be sent via email to all buyer accounts.

Payment:
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.

Net 30 is currently not offered.

Cancellation:
Cancellation must be done within 72 hours of placing the order. Canceled orders that surpass the 72 hour period will be subject to a 50% of total value cancellation fee.

Returns and Exchanges:
If an order arrives damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Damage claims must be submitted in writing. If failed to report within the 7 day period, the order will be considered a final sale.

If you wish to return merchandise it must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Shipping:
Order must be paid in full prior to shipping. Retailers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, based on the dollar value of the order. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, unless a previous arrangement has been made with the buyer. Items will ship from Buffalo, NY.

Packaging:
Prints will be packaged in individual cello bags. Cards will be packaged in cotton bags and party hats will come in a clear plastic box.

ONLINE SALES:
Credit must be given to Johana Krasinski Illustrations in the product's description. A description can be given in the form of "Johana Krasinski Studio". Partnering with third-party online resellers (i.e. Amazon, Etsy) to sell our products is not permitted unless a prior agreement between seller and buyer has been reached. You may only sell our products on the website listed on your approved application.

Intellectual Property:
All rights and copyrights are retained by Johana Krasinski Studio, LLC. Purchasing our products does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce any Johana Krasinski Studio products in part or whole without the written and signed consent of Johana Krasinski.

Product Images
If you would like to use our product photography for marketing purposes, you must be an approved Parima Creative Studio retailer. Once approved, please email jgsr@yahoo.com for access to product images. All images used for marketing purposes must include product and company name. All products being sold online must also state: "created by Johana Krasinski"

Taxes:
Johana Krasinski Studio is not responsible for any sales tax or fees associated with the resale of wholesale products.

Terms of sale  
Upon approval of the wholesale application, resale of Johana Krasinski Studio products are only permitted to be sold in the retail location and/or website listed in the original application.

Seller has the right to terminate any wholesale account.

Confidentiality:
All terms, pricing, and materials associated with Johana Krasinski Studio Wholesale are meant to be kept confidential between the seller and the buyer. Sharing this information with the public or outside of your company's team is not permitted.

Other Terms:
Colors may appear differently on different monitors. We are not liable or responsible for the difference in colors between screens and the final product.
